This allows us enough time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment. Mid-stay cleaning: Longer term stays (2+ weeks) will require mandatory cleanings every two weeks at the stated cleaning fee to ensure safety and cleanliness of the property. No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Climate: Please contact the host to adjust the room temperature. Tower fans are also provided in all bedrooms for your comfort.
